About Peter
I have forged a successful, broad-spanning career in agency recruitment within the technology industry. I am always in pursuit of growth and career expansion, which led me to explore working internally, heading up platform engineering hiring for a growing team. My experiences working within organisations and externally as an independent recruiter afford me invaluable insight into the whole recruitment process. I've hired on all levels, spanning from junior developers up to directors of engineering. In addition to finding top talent, my skills include reporting analytics, hiring forecasting, and interview training.
