As a woman in tech and Managing Partner at Velocity Tech, I am passionate about promoting diversity and inclusivity in the Cloud and Infrastructure space. I firmly believe that a diverse workforce, with a wide range of skills and perspectives, is essential for success in this industry. That's why I am personally committed to actively seeking out candidates from underrepresented backgrounds and supporting inclusive hiring practices. I understand firsthand the challenges that women and other underrepresented groups face in the tech industry, and I am dedicated to being a part of the solution. Through my work at Velocity Tech, I strive to promote diversity and create opportunities for talented individuals, regardless of their background or identity. I am proud to have successfully placed candidates in the Cloud and Infrastructure space across 10+ different countries, working with companies of all sizes - from start-ups to some of the biggest tech giants.
